NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated FEBRUARY 13, 2012, and entered in 2011 CA 005413 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-2, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-2, is the Plaintiff and LYNN B. GANDY; MARY M. GANDY; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES; INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on MARCH 19, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3 AND THE SOUTHERLY 94 FEET OF LOT 4, FIRST ADDITION TO LORRAINE PARK, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
