NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000646-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A., Plaintiff and Lehr Mae Miser a/k/a Lehr M. Miser are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on March 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 30, GREENBRIAR HOMES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
