NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-008565-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, as Trustee for Structured Asset-Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-ARS, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR5, Plaintiff and Edmund W. Morton, Jr. a/k/a Edmund W. Morton a/k/a E. W. Morton are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on March 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 43, BLOCK H, DESOTO ACRES SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 41 AND 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
