NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed January 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 017757 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR10 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR10, UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MAY 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and REGIS M. MOREIRA; REGINA M. MOREIRA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 8 day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 22, BLOCK 1, FLORA VILLA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
