THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and CHRISTINA GOLDEN; DAVID P. MCCULLOCH; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 21st day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
