NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 13, 2011, in Case No. 2010-CA-009025 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Regions Bank, Successor by Merger with AmSouth Bank, is Plaintiff, and George Cholas, et al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 12th day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 809, THE BEACH RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2005259548, ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, INCLUDING ALL COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT 809, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
