NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-022987-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and BRIAN MCNEALY, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC, SUNBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., TONIE MCNEALY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 24th day of January, 2012 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5816, BUILDING 2, SUNBROOK CONDO PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
