NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-033153-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and SALVADOR CHAVEZ, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR RESMAE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, WEDGEWOOD COMMONS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SALVADOR CHAVEZ A/K/A MARIA BARAJAS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 30th day of January, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56, WEDGEWOOD COMMONS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 122 AND 123, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
