NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-40460, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and COLLEEN M. BITTNER, SOUTHCHASE PARCEL 45 COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., SOUTHCHASE PARCELS 40 AND 45 MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., GUY M. BITTNER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 3 day of February, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 203, SOUTHCHASE PHASE 1B VILLAGES 1 AND 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 16 THROUGH 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
