NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 20th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-003594, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MARY CIRELLI A/K/A MARY E CIRELLI N/K/A MARY ELIZABETH DOORHY, ISPC, RIVERBEND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC, WATERFORD LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY CIRELLI, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY CIRELLI A/K/A MARY E CIRELLI N/K/A MARY ELIZABETH DOORHY, JANE DOE and JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 31st day of January, 2012 at 11:00 am at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27 OF HUCKLEBERRY FIELD N-2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 23-25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
