NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 16, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005646 DIV. 39, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and MARIA V. BEDOYA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA V. BEDOVA; TENANT #1; ; ONEWEST BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; HERITAGE PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21day of March, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, OF HERITAGE PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, AT PAGES 106 AND 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
