NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed 20TH day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023620-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is Plaintiff and TODD M. RAY; JENNIFER L. RAY; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; GRANT STATION HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 31st day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 58, PLAT OF GRANT STATION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 121-122 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
