NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 26, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 48-2008-CA-004573-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-FF9, is the Plaintiff and NOEMI CARDOSA SOUZA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NOEMI CARDOSA SOUZA; FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION; HUNTER'S CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1; TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on February 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
