NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the following property described as:
Unit 702, BEAU MONDE, INC. a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3877, pages 489 through 578, and according to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 11054, Page 1508, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, pages 80 through 86, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
will be sold at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com AT 10:00 a.m. on February 27, 2012.
