BOOK 4344, PAGES 974 THROUGH 1029, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 27 THROUGH 37, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
