NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 15th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-002671-CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-B SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-AB3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and LESZEK CHMURA; MALGORZATA WALUS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY 1147 EAST SPRUCE STREET, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689, UNIT A; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY 1147 EAST SPRUCE STREET, TARPON SPRINGS, FL 34689, UNIT B; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK 111B, LAKE BUTLER VILLA COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 21 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
