NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-005303-CO-041 of County Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Lakeview of Largo Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and FRED EDWARDS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRED A. EDWARDS N/K/A KAY EDWARDS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27th day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 3315, Building 3, LAKEVIEW OF LARGO (Phase One), a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record book 3793, Page 891, and amended by documents recorded in Book 3808, Page 885, book 4674, Page 547, Book 4979, Page 1599 and Book 5474, page 1630 and as recorded in Condominium Plat book 10, pages 82-83, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 14130 Rosemary Lane #3315 Largo, FL 33774.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
