NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated December 20, 2011 and entered in 51-2009-CA-003530WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LAONS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS A BRUNK; BARBARA A BRUNK; BEACON WOODS CIVIC ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 20, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 227, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE 3-C, ACCORDING TO THE PALT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
