NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2011, and entered in 11-5216-CI-20 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO G. COQUELET; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDUARDO G. COQUELET; SHEFFIELD VILLAGE HOME OWNERS' ASSOCIATION; INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS; INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 A/K/A DALE PFISTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, SHEFFIELD VILLAGE PHASE 1, AT BAYSIDE MEADOWS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGES 2 THROUGH 4 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
