NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09009781CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2007-HE2 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and TWYLA PUMROY, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 1st day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Apartment No. 308, Building B, THE RACQUET CLUB NORTHEAST CONDOMINIUMS, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 22, pages 52 through, 57, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4354, page(s) 2039, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
