NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-009128, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ROSARIO DEL PILAR LEGUIZAMON; MILCIADES JIMENEZ; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of January, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 77, FOREST WOOD ESTATES, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
