Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated December 27, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CC-3756, in the COUNTY COURT in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein WHITNEY MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JASON G. IRELAND, et al., are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
Lot 5 of WHITNEY MEADOWS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41, pages 1 through 6, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of February, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
