NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 22, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2007-CA-002200-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, Plaintiff and LYNN NASCA, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.pasco.realforeclose.com/ IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, January 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
