NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 15, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 09-002075-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A, is the Plaintiff and DARCIE POLLARD AS TRUSTEE OF THE JUANITA WAY LAND TRUST; THE UNKNOWN TRUSTEE OF DARCIE POLLARD, AS TRUSTEE OF THE JUANITA WAY LAND TRUST; AVIVA LEAH BOWMAN; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; AVIVA BOWMAN, AS BENEFICIARY OF THE JUANITA WAY LAND TRUST; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on January 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
