NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated December 22, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-2483-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for MARM 2007-HF1, Plaintiff and LEE ALVIN MICHIE, Et Al; are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.pasco.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 11:00 AM, January 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
