LOT 16 IN BLOCK E OF PINE RIDGE MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, ON PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1010 19TH ST. SW, LARGO, FL 33770; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on January 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
