NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-026125 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 02:00 PM on the 2 day of February, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5 and the North 1/2 of Lot 6, Kathryn Park, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 56, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the les pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
