NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 6, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-017710-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, TAYLOR'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3 PAGE 84 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
