NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-9913-CI-015 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Coachman Creek Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and MIGUEL A. CERDA; FRANCISCO CRUZ and LEONORA HERNANDEZ are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23RD day of January, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 1022 as shown on Condominium plat of Coachman Creek, a Condominium, according to Condominum Plat Book 36, Page 88 through 105, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed September 17, 1979 in Official Records Book 4913, pages 1436 through 1502, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, together with the exhibits attached thereto and made part thereof; and together with an undivided .340900 share in the common elements appurtenant thereto; the street address of which is: 2625 State Road 590 #1022 Clearwater, FL 33759.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
