You are hereby notified that MIRDZA SMITS died on December 4, 2011, a resident of Pinellas County, Florida. Her husband, KARLIS SMITS, died on March 27, 2006, a resident of Pinellas County, Florida.
ALL CREDITORS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
The name of the Trust is: THE KARLIS SMITS and MIRDZA SMITS REVOCABLE TRUST dated June 17, 1997.
All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's trust on whom a copy of this notice has been served must file their claims with the Trustee WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE ON THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate must file their claims with the Trustee WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT'S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
