Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2011 and entered in CASE NO: 29-2007-CA-004614 of the Circuit Court of the 2nd Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE HOLDERS OF THE MASTR SPECIALIZED LOAN TRUST 2006-03 MORTGAGE PASS - THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff, and JEANNIE A MCDANIEL, ET. AL., are the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 10:00 AM on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment: on January 25th, 2012
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LOT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND TO WIT:
LOT 3 BLOCK 8, APOLLO BEACH UNIT ONE PART ONE ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 40 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
