NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed 19th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000427, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and MARCIA MINUTELLO; ROBERT MINUTELLO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 20th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, LESS THE NORTH 22 FEET, WESTWEGO PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 104 1/2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
