Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 22, 2011, in the-above styled cause the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the below described real property (and any personal property situated thereon) situated in Sarasota County, Florida, and more particularly described as:
Unit H, PROCTOR CENTER, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Instrument #2003020426, as amended, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 35, Pages 48 and 48A through 48C, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida
at a public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 25th day of January, 2012, via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, persons needing a reasonable accommodation to participate in this proceeding should contact the Clerk of the Circuit Court no later than seven business days prior to the proceeding at the Sarasota County Courthouse.
