COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST,PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE NORTH 89°41'51” WEST, 405.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 00°07'54” WEST, 777.16 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89°52'06” WEST, 363.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE NORTH 00°07'54” WEST, 488.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF STATE ROAD 584, THENCE SOUTH 68°57'16” EAST, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 115.67 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 21°02'44” WEST, 95.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°07'54” EAST, 357.63 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 89°52'06” WEST, 73.54 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
