NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on December 19, 2011, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following described property set forth in the Motion for Summary Judgment:
Begin at the Northeast corner of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 15 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and run thence South 0 degrees 08'18” East, along the Section line of 263 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence South 08 degrees 08'18” East, 92 feet; thence North 89 degrees 25'27” West, parallel to the North section line, 293 feet; thence North 0 degrees 08'18” West, 92 feet; thence South 89 degrees 25'27” East, 293 feet to the Point of Beginning; LESS road right of way.
Said sale shall be held on January 31, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions.
