That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. PentHouse C and an undivided 1/64th share in those common elements appertaining thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions and restrictions, terms and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of siesta towers, a Condominium, as recorded in o.r. book 986 at page 1492 et seq. and as per condominium plat recorded in condominium book 6, at pages 27, 27a and 27b, all of the public records of sarasota county, florida, and declaration of condominium as amended in o.r. book 1033 at page 997, o.r. 1096 at page 969, o.r. book 1243, at page 1205, and o.r. 1322 at page 1165, all of the public records of sarasota county, florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Greenspoon Marder, P.A., Default Department, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is Trade Centre South, Suite 700, 100 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309, and file the original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice at the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW, or on or before February 6, 2012; otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
