BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and HAROLD TRANG; PHUNONG THI THACH A/K/A PHUNONG THI TRANG A/K/A PHUNONG TRANT; QUINTESSA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10 AM, on the 23 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
