Trust 2006-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6, is the Plaintiff and Vivian Rodriguez, John Doe NKA Juan Martinez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
