NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Denying Defendant, TRUDI SOLDI's Motion to Vacate and Set Aside the Final Judgment and Cancel The Sale set October 11, 2011 and Resetting the Foreclosure sale dated October 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000574 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on FEBRUARY 1, 2012 beginning at 9:00 A.M., at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 1, GOULD'S ADDITION, SUBDIVISION OF LOT 92, PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
