NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, will on the 24th day of January, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 484, Grove Shores, Unit 1, LAKE PADGETT ESTATES, located in Section 19, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida, being further described as follows: Begin 234.81 feet South and 3813.87 feet East of the Southeast comer of Lot 49, LAKE PADGETT ESTATES, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 117, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; Thence with a chord bearing North 44° 56' 30” East, 77.39 feet; Thence North 55° West, 295 Feet to the Waters of a canal; Thence Southerly along said waters to a point that is North 75° West, 186 feet from the Point of Beginning. Thence South 75° East, 186 Feet to Point of Beginning.”
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
