NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated November 29, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-6999-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE MORGAN STANLEY STRUCTURED TRUST I 2007-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and GIL CASTILLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GIL CASTILLO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAMEUNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of February, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID NW ¼ OF SE 1/4 ; THENCE RUN S 00°39'30”W 859.00 FEET M.O.L. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT: BEGIN AT THE SE CORNER OF THE NW ¼ OF THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, THENCE RUN N00°39'30”E ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID NW ¼ OF SE ¼ 30.00 FEET TO THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF NOLAN ROAD AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN N 89°58'07”W ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY 520.00 FEET; THENCE RUN N 00°39'30”E 423.37 FEET, THENCE RUN N 89°58'07”E 520 FEET; M.O.L, TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID NW ¼ OF SE 1/4 ; THENCE RUN S00°39'30”W 423.37 FEET M.O.L. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
