NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2011 and entered in 51-2011-CA-003024-XX of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-11, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL V. CARCIERI; CAROL ANN CARCIERI; ANGUS VALLEY CIVIC ASSOCIATION; INC.; BENEFICIAL FLORIDA; INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00A.M. on January 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 901. UNRECORDED PLAT OF ANGUS VALLEY UNIT THREE, A TRACT OF LAND LYING IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE STATED SECTION 2, THENCE RUN EAST (ASSUMED BEARING) ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF THE STATED SECTION 2, A DISTANCE OF 4050.54 FEET; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 380.43 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING. THENCE CONTINUE WEST A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET; THENCE EAST A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 150.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
