NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 07, 2011 and entered in 2010-CA-005614-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES2007-1., is the Plaintiff and ANDREA L. STALLARD; UNKNOW SPOUSE OF ANDREA L STALLARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74, ALOHA GARDENS, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 115-116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
