NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 07, 2011 and entered in 512011CA1940WSJ2 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-OPT4, ASSET BACKED PASS- THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and LISA LAFLEUR; WILNOR LAFLEUR; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on January 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 496, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
