NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered on December 21, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-029823 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC., is Plaintiff, and, WILLIAMS, DAWNAIL K., et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2pm, on the 26 day of January, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 4, BLOCK 13, HUNTER'S KEY TOWNHOMES AT NORTH PALM VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 33 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
