Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2011, and entered in the above-styled case, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida on January 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, Room 201/202, 800 East Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
Begin 30 North of Southwest corner of Southeast 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 32, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, for Point of Beginning, thence run North 588.5 feet to South boundary of State Road 17 (U.S. 92), thence run Northeasterly along said right of way 470.5 feet, thence run South 689 feet, thence run West 461.5 feet to Point of Beginning, lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida
Together with all improvements, appurtenances, tenements and hereditaments.
