NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 19, 2011 entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA006876, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JUDITH L. REAMS; ESTATE OF BARBARA J. BRYANT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH L. REAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA J. BRYANT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
R.B. “Chips” SHORE III, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., on the 24th day of January, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK M, BROOKSIDE ADDITION TO WHITFIELD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1035, PAGE 3996 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1035, PAGE 3997, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
