NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 26th day of January, 2012, at 2:00 P.M. at the on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:

H-103, OF BAY POINTE CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 101, PAGE 1382 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, A PERPERTUAL AND NONEXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL OTHER OWNERS, OF UNDIVIDED INTEREST, IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF PUBLIC PASSAGE WAYS AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED.
