NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 01 day of February, 2012, at 10:00 AM at on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
A Tract of land lying in Tract 12, STATE HIGHWAY FARMS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 98, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 1, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence North 00 degrees 27'36” East, (assumed bearing) along the East boundary of stated Section 1, a distance of 521.76 feet; thence South 89 degrees 58' 06” West , a distance of 52.80 feet for a Point of Beginning. Thence continue South 89 degrees 58' 06” West a distance of 146.0 feet; thence North 00 degrees 27'36”East a distance of 90.0 feet; thence North 89 degrees 58'06”East, a distance of 138.80 feet; thence South 00 degrees 27' 36” West, a distance of 5.11 feet: Thence South 04 degrees 23' 28” East, a distance of 85.14 feet to the Point of Beginning.”
pursuant to the order resetting sale entered on December 20, 2011 in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
