Notice is hereby given that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 8, 2010 in Civil Case No. 29-2009-CA-022106, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and, SMEKONEN BEKELE; FIKIRTE T ASHINE; BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida at 2:00 PM at on January 23, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO 12 IN BUILDING A OF BORDEAUX VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R BOOK 4333, PAGE 1418 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BORDEAUX VILLAGE
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE ALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
